Install a 1mm thick gasket on the TPCM20X30S with the same dimensions as the TPCM20X30S.

1. When the load changes during work, the cylinder with abundant output force should be selected;
2. In high temperature or corrosive environment, should choose the corresponding high temperature or corrosion resistant cylinder;
3. In the case of high humidity, dust, or water droplets, oil mist, welding slag, etc., the cylinder should take corresponding protective measures;
4. Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the debris in the pipeline must be clear to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder;
5. The medium passing through the cylinder should be filtered by a filter element above 40μm before use;
6. The lateral load on the cylinder during operation should not exceed the allowable value of the sample to maintain the normal operation and service life of the cylinder;
7. In the low temperature environment, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the moisture in the system from freezing;
8. When the cylinder is removed and not used for a long time, pay attention to the surface rust prevention. Dust-proof blocking caps should be added at the intake and exhaust ports. Due to the high precision of product production and guidance, please do not remove the cylinder fixing block or cylinder head by yourself.
